When I walked in, I knew very little about what I was looking for (and bikes in general). Dave was knowledgeable and had a lot of information for me, even before I was sure what I wanted to buy. When I actually got my bike he went over a lot with me as well. Overall it was a great buying experience, I'll be going back to Dave if I'm ever looking for another bike. (Employee: David Moore)
